Every year, Joe and I make a video for our son Jamie’s birthday. It offers us an opportunity to reflect on the year gone by, inaugurate the year ahead, and slowly build toward a video library of his childhood. For his 4th birthday, with all the emphasis on learning new things, we decided to take a moment to acknowledge the profound wisdom he already has.
